LOCATION: 

Golf
Villa II is located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort – directly on the
famous Teeth of the Dog golf course and with a view of the Caribbean Sea. From
this villa you will be very close to the driving range and golf clubhouse, just
300-600 ft. away. You will also have easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s
unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and
restaurants of the marina, golf courses, tennis courts and the
beautifully-styled village of Altos de Chavon. 

Casa
de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with
24-hour gated entrance and security. 

Since
it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican
Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury
destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world.
Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the
Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean. 

This
incredible 7000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the
Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of
amenities and a private beach club with swimming pool at Minitas Beach. Casa de
Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de

Casa
de Campo has its very own airport, located just five minutes from the resort.
Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes’ drive from the resort and
Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away. 

When
you stay at Golf Villa II, you’ll have a golf touring cart included in the
villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside
Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc. 

THE
SPACE: 

Golf
Villa II 20 is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa in 2 levels. The villa was recently
completely renovated, modernized and furnished with contemporary and
light-colored furniture. This is a very stylish and comfortable villa with
plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and sitting areas for you to enjoy. 

The
villa is perfect for golfers and also families who want to spend a nice,
relaxed vacation in the Caribbean! Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a
nice furnished terrace and a beautiful backyard with a lawn area and view of
the Teeth of the Dog golf course. 

The
covered terrace is a wonderful living space with sofa area and outdoor dining
table. You will probably spend most of your vacation time in this outdoor area,
together with your family & friends. 

Enjoy
this private oasis, spend your days in and around the pool and soak up the sun
on a sun bed by the pool. This is your dream vacation… The outdoor terrace is
the perfect place to relax during the day, eat, drink, listen to music. 

DOWNSTAIRS: 

On
the ground (1^st) floor of the villa is where
you will find the common area. The downstairs area is a lovely, open floor plan
that includes a comfortable living area with sofa and chairs, a dining area
with dining table for 8 people and a kitchen. The space is air conditioned and
also has ceiling fans, but if you want to feel the warm breeze from the ocean,
just open the big windows and let the air flow in. 

The
open kitchen has a bar countertop and comes fully equipped with everything you
need to cook delicious meals during your vacation. Your villa rental does
include a cook, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (food & beverages
are not included)! 

From
the dining area, you can open the big sliding windows and step out onto the
covered terrace by the pool. From the living area, you have direct access to
the pool – you can almost step from the living room and directly into the pool! 

UPSTAIRS: 

Golf
Villa II has 4 beautiful bedrooms that are all located on the first (2^nd) floor upstairs. 

The
master bedroom is spacious and has a king bed, large TV, a desk, air condition,
ceiling with fan, closet and dresser and ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2
sinks) shower and a jetted bathtub. From the master bedroom, you have an
amazing view of the golf course and ocean. 

The
remaining 3 bedrooms are all very comfortable. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds,
TV, air condition, ceiling fan, closet, dresser and ensuite bathroom with
shower. One of these bedrooms also has a balcony with a small table and chairs
– and a gorgeous view of the golf course and the ocean in the distance. This is
the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in private or a glass of wine
in the afternoon. 

Upstairs,
you will also find a TV room with sofas, air condition, ceiling fan and direct
access to a balcony with sofas – and, of course, that beautiful view of the
golf course and the ocean. 

CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE: 

The
villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which
must be paid on arrival at the resort:  

• Adults over 12 years old: US$
  25 per person per night 
• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$
  12 per person per night 
• Kids under 4 years old: FREE 

The
Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo
Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts,
restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the
main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food &
beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in
your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional
fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events,
maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club
(private, members only golf course).

VILLA
STAFF: 

When
you stay at Golf Villa II, you’ll have a maid included who will also be able to
prepare your daily breakfast and lunch to be enjoyed at the villa (food and
beverages are not included). The maid has basic cooking skills, so if you want
to upgrade and hire a professional chef, you have that possibility ($). The
maid is available daily from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm and will also clean the
villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. 

You’ll
also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for
anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations
for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and
nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa
managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to
greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire
stay.
